About the event
Whether your new to dressmaking, not done it for a while or already confident but would like to learn new skills, this is a great course for bringing out the best in your dressmaking. If you've got unfinished projects lurking in a cupboard, why not bring them along to get a fresh burst of energy and complete them.
Over the six sessions we will cover:
Choosing a pattern and fabric
Measuring yourself to ensure a good fit and some basic pattern adjustments
Reading and understanding patterns and cutting out
How to insert a zip
