Service Description
Where the stuffing has deteriorated or leaked out of a hole, this service will replace stuffing with the same kind of stuffing (except where the stuffing type is no longer safe to use such as some synthetic foams), close any holes and give a general wash and brush up. The cost of this service depends on the size of animal, type of stuffing and the number and complexity of the holes to be closed. Our no-obligation consultation service means that we can discuss what is needed and you get a clear indication of price prior to any commitment from you. Our aim is always to leave the teddy in as an original state which will prevent any deterioration as possible and we will always preserve any part of the bear you don't want changed because it needs to still be your bear at the end of the process.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure a place on workshops and courses. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop The deposit is half refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop. If you cancel within 7 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop your deposit is not refundable. If I can fill your place I will consider refunding half the deposit. If I cancel a course I will refund youre deposit or offer you a different course or dates. You can choose which you accept. I cannot accept liability for any costs you incur as a result of my cancelling a workshop which I will only do due to unforseen circumstances. In all cases of cancellation I will do my best to find an amicable solution with you
