Service Description
Sometimes all furry friend needs is a bit of a Spa Day. Most older animals have been in environments where there was coal dust, wood smoke and, sometimes, cigarette smoke. They've been cuddled by chocolate-smeared children and stroked with greasy hands. It's amazing what a difference a gentle surface wash and a careful brush can make. Give your bestie a treat and watch the transformation! The cost of this service depends on the size of the animal and the amount of cleaning required. Our no-obligation consultation service means that we can discuss what is needed and you get a clear indication of price prior to any commitment from you. Our aim is always to leave the teddy in as an original state which will prevent any deterioration as possible and we will always preserve any part of the bear you don't want changed because it needs to still be your bear at the end of the process.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to secure a place on workshops and courses. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop The deposit is half refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop. If you cancel within 7 days of the first day of the course or the day of the workshop your deposit is not refundable. If I can fill your place I will consider refunding half the deposit. If I cancel a course I will refund youre deposit or offer you a different course or dates. You can choose which you accept. I cannot accept liability for any costs you incur as a result of my cancelling a workshop which I will only do due to unforseen circumstances. In all cases of cancellation I will do my best to find an amicable solution with you
